This “Policy on protection of customer’s personal information” (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) is applied on StreamMix's Website at StreamMix.co (“Website StreamMix” hoặc “StreamMix”) regulates StreamMix's commitment to confidentiality to people who access and use Website StreamMix (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Customer”).
Customer should read the entire Privacy Policy below to understand Customer’s rights and obligations as well as StreamMix’s rights and obligations in connection with the respect and protection of Customer's rights.
1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM CUSTOMER
Customer’s personal information is collected through Website StreamMix for the following purposes:
1.1. Providing services for Customer using Website StreamMix.
1.2. Contacting, supporting and solving questions of Customer when using StreamMix’s services.
1.3. Improving, upgrading the content and interface of Website StreamMix as well as the quality of the StreamMix service based on the feedback of Customer during the use process.
1.4. Customer’s personal information collected when using the services on Website StreamMix includes: Email address and phone number.
Customer must ensure the accuracy and legality of the information provided. StreamMix is not liable for any issues in relation to the information provided by Customer is false or unlawful.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM CUSTOMER
StreamMix collects and uses Customer's personal information for the purpose that is suitable and compliance with the content of this Privacy Policy.
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, other information (“Personal Information”).
Accordingly, StreamMix shall use the information provided by Customer to: Contact directly with the Customer under the forms such as calling, sending notification emails, providing information about products/services... via email or phone number provided by Customer.
3. DURATION TO STORE CUSTOMER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION
In principle, Customer's personal information shall be destroyed as soon as the purpose of collecting and using such personal information has been met.
4. INDIVIDUALS OR ORGANIZATIONS MAY HAVE ACCESS TO CUSTOMER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1. Affiliates of StreamMix.
4.2. StreamMix (and/or our affiliates) may also disclose Customer’s personal information to service providers, suppliers or agents including but not limited to website’s server services, data analysis, marketing, and service delivery.
4.3. Competent authorities if StreamMix is required to provide Customer’s information.

6. CUSTOMER MAKES A REQUEST FOR ACCESS, CORRECTION OR DELETION OF CUSTOMER'S PERSONAL DATA
6.1.When having the need, Customer can access, edit or delete Customer’s personal data at any time by using Customer’s account on Website StreamMix to make Customer’s edit.
6.2. If any Customer discovers that someone has forged the Client to provide personal information to StreamMix, this Customer may contact StreamMix directly to report and request removal. Within StreamMix’s scope of rights, StreamMix shall endeavor to verify and promptly resolve violations to prevent violations.
6.3. You can ask us to delete or remove personal data where there are valid grounds for doing so and subject to applicable law. Email contact@gostream.vn to make the request.
7. RECOMMENDATIONS TO CUSTOMER
7.1. No security measure or technology is absolute. Therefore, information can only be kept confidential by the efforts of all related parties.
7.2. StreamMix is not liable for any liability for damages or losses (if any) due to Customer’s failure to comply with StreamMix's regulations and/or in case personal information is disclosed without fault of StreamMix.
7.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to Website StreamMix and does not cover or related third parties placing ads or links on Website StreamMix. StreamMix recommends that Customer read carefully the Privacy Policy of third-party websites before providing personal information to such websites. StreamMix is not responsible in any way for the content and legality of the site or Customer's collection of personal information from third parties.
7.4. If Customer does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, StreamMix suggests that Customer should not send personal information to StreamMix.
8. APPLICABLE PROVISIONS
8.1.The Privacy Policy is published on Website StreamMix, in case of any modification or addition, StreamMix shall immediately notify it on the Website StreamMix. The modification/update time is specified at the beginning of this Policy.
8.2.Customer agrees that upon continuing to use Website StreamMix, Customer acknowledges, agrees and commits to abide by this Policy as well as any subsequent amendments.
StreamMix always welcomes all comments and suggestions of goodwill of Customer to further improve the quality of our products and services.
